We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales and Account Management Administrator. This role is pivotal in supporting both pre-sales initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base. It’s more than understanding our product’s technicalities; it’s about grasping their sales potential and upselling opportunities, all while embodying a customer-centric approach.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the sales lead on customer calls, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of all Six Star products, their capabilities and potential.
  • Assess and respond confidently to customer inquiries about features not currently available, collaborating with the development team when necessary
  • Understand customer requirements to propose the most suitable Six Star solution, or assist in finding or developing a new solution when existing offerings do not meet their needs. 
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and internal teams, acting as a trusted technical advisor
  • Develop technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value and functionality of our solutions
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, addressing technical queries from potential clients, and ensuring solution alignment with customer requirements
  • Remove the sales administrative burden from account managers by handling customer liaisons, creating proposals, and conducting follow-ups. 
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint potential leads and enrich our sales strategies
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, transactions and communications utilising CRM software
  • Aid in creating reports and analysing data to unveil trends and opportunities

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or account management role within the IT industry or hospitality sector (E)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (D)


Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong foundation in technical knowledge across a broad spectrum of IT Solutions. This includes software, hardware, cloud services and emerging technologies (E)
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset (E)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences (E)
  • Proficient in creating persuasive proposals and presentations, and in communication the value proposition of solutions (E)
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and identify potential challenges or obstacles and devise effective solutions (E)
